本文介绍一种用于取向硅钢低倍检验的一种新方法,即以密闭式常温酸洗法代替原敞开式外加热酸洗法:以硅酸钠水溶液(Na_2O·nSiO_2·xH_2O)代替原用清漆作为试样表面防锈涂层。设备:酸槽、碱槽各一个;几个试样搁架。根据我厂试样尺寸和受检产品的批量,酸、碱槽的尺寸均为1080×370×280(毫米),用环氧树脂浇注而成,带有注液孔、排液阀和密封盖,见图1。试样搁架用8mm厚的聚氯乙烯板焊制而成。其尺寸为:长480mm,宽340mm,高110mm。两侧开有深80mm,宽2mm的狭缝各30条,用来搁放试样并将其隔开,见图2。
In this paper, a new method for the low magnification inspection of oriented silicon steel is introduced, that is, the closed-type pickling at room temperature is replaced by the original open-type external pickling method: sodium silicate aqueous solution (Na 2 O · nSiO 2 · xH 2 O) Varnish as a sample surface rust coating. Equipment: acid tank, alkaline tank each one; several sample shelves. According to our factory sample size and the volume of the product under test, the size of the acid and alkali tanks are 1080 × 370 × 280 (mm), cast with epoxy resin, with injection hole, drain valve and sealing cap ,see picture 1. Sample shelves made of 8mm thick PVC welded. Its dimensions are: length 480mm, width 340mm, height 110mm. Open on both sides of the deep 80mm, width 2mm slit 30, used to store the sample and separated, see Figure 2.
