本文通过短跑运动员叶虎向大家介绍短跑力量训练,宗旨在系统总结叶虎三年短跑力量训练的成功之处,以进一步探索短跑力量训练方法。在全年训练周期中采取循序渐进的力量训练方法,其分为四个阶段。即:一般准备期、准备期的结束阶段、专项准备阶段、赛前阶段。通过几个阶段的力量训练,使叶虎的力量素质增长非常快,并使叶虎的100米成绩大幅度提高,在93年全运会上取得了较好的成绩。
In this paper, sprinter Ye Hu briefed everyone on sprint strength training. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the success of YEHU’s three-year sprint strength training in order to further explore the sprint strength training methods. In the annual training cycle to take a gradual approach to strength training, which is divided into four stages.
