清流县位于福建省西部,原为马来丝虫病中度流行区,主要传播媒介为嗜人按蚊和中华按蚊.经积极防制,1979年达到基本消灭标准,从1980年起至1992年止,通过13年监测结果表明,当地丝虫病流行已经阻断,1997年经省市组织专家审评达到消灭标准.有关情况报告如下:1 流行和查治情况我县丝虫病查治工作始于1956年,嵩溪和林畬乡两个村微丝蚴率分别为9.6%和26.6%.1958年对全县14个乡镇106个村大规模调查,人群微丝蚴率9.24%(5301/57386),体征阳性422人,阳性率0.85%,流行率为10.05%.丝虫病分布在全县各乡村,属马来丝虫病中度流行区,主要媒介为嗜人按蚊和中华按蚊.至1975年止,经4次全民查治和7~8次重点地区反复查治,共血检28.3万多人次,治疗1.5万余人次,同时对媒介采取综合性防制措施,于1979年经省卫生厅组织专家考核验收,达到卫生部颁布的基本消灭丝虫病标准.此后步入全面系统后期监测阶段.
