目的 探讨正加速度(+ Gz)作用下心律失常与心血管功能及其与加速度耐力(+ Gz耐力)的关系。方法 对36名倾斜试验阳性者和62名健康飞行员+ Gz作用下的心电图及动态心电图进行对比分析。结果 倾斜试验阳性者+ Gz耐力低;+ Gz作用下心律失常的发生率高且影响+ Gz耐力。结论 本文结果揭示+ Gz作用下的心律失常可以作为预测心血管代偿功能及+ Gz 致意识丧失(G-LOC)的预警指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac arrhythmia and cardiovascular function and acceleration endurance (+ Gz endurance) under positive acceleration (+ Gz). Methods Electrocardiogram (ECG) and ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) were compared between 36 tilt positive subjects and 62 healthy pilots + Gz. Results Tilt test positive + Gz endurance is low; the incidence of arrhythmia with + Gz is high and affects + Gz endurance. Conclusions The results of this study reveal that arrhythmia with + Gz can be used as a predictor of cardiovascular decompensation and + Gz-induced loss of consciousness (G-LOC)
