The Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard organization of the working class. The trade union is a mass organization of the working class and a bridge and link between the Party and the state in contacting the broad masses of workers and staff. Wholeheartedly relying on the working class is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and an ideological weapon for continuously promoting the workers’ movement and trade union work in our country. It is also the theoretical basis for accelerating the pace of building a family trade union, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of workers and raising the level of trade union work.
