在当前社会主义市场经济环境下,企业面临着机遇与挑战并存的局面,想要得到更好的发展,就必须加强企业文化建设,不断提高企业管理水平,应对不断发展变化的市场需求。对于电力企业而言,伴随着行业体制改革的深化,其所面临的竞争压力越来越大,应该转变经营机制,突出服务意识,通过企业文化建设,不断提升自身的市场竞争力。本文结合以人为本的企业文化的相关概念,对以人为本的电力企业文化建设进行了研究和阐述。
In the current socialist market economy, enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges. If we want to achieve better development, we must strengthen the building of enterprise culture, constantly improve the management level of enterprises, and cope with the evolving market demands. As for the power enterprises, with the deepening of the reform of the industrial system, they are under increasing pressure of competition. They should change their management mechanism, give prominence to their service awareness, and continuously enhance their market competitiveness through the building of enterprise culture. Based on the concept of people-oriented corporate culture, this paper studies and expounds the cultural construction of people-oriented power enterprises.
