一、概述为了加工精密的球形零件,我们设计了专用球加工机床。该机床主轴采用了液体静压轴承。经过调试与试件试切,主轴旋转精度良好,满足了设计的要求。为加工精密球形零件,对静压主轴部件提出了如下要求:(1)主轴回转精度小于0.5微米。(2)主轴能正反转,并需无级调速,范围为100~1500转/分。(3)主轴部件热变形应尽量小。(4)主轴箱轴向移动距离为50毫米,在横向的偏移不大于0.5微米。对于装夹在主轴上的球形零件,主轴的径向与轴向回转精度是影响球的精度的主要
I. Overview In order to process precision spherical parts, we designed a special ball processing machine. The machine tool spindle using hydrostatic bearings.
