济宁南四湖鸭肉中砷、铅、汞、镉含量调查

对湖区和工厂饲养的鸭子不同部位的砷、铅、汞、镉含量进行了检测,结果表明湖鸭铅、汞、镉的含量明显高于工厂饲养的家鸭(P<0.05);肝、背、脖3个部位的含量高于其它部位,同时对湖水及湖鸭的部分食用鱼、螺等进行了铅、砷、汞、镉的检测,结果湖水及所检食物均受到不同程度的污染,其中以汞污染较重。 The contents of arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium in different parts of ducks kept in the lake area and factory were tested. The results showed that the content of lead, mercury and cadmium in lake ducklings was significantly higher than that of domestic duck (P <0.05) , The contents of the three parts of the neck were higher than those of the other parts. At the same time, the detection of lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium was carried out on some edible fish and snails of lakes and lakes and ducks. As a result, the lake water and the foods under inspection were polluted to different degrees, Among them mercury pollution is heavier.
