计划经济形势下的电力市场管理体系已经满足不了目前的市场发展需要,只有电力体系改革才能有效地促进电力营销市场的发展。随着市场经济发展步伐的加快,传统的电力营销管理模式已经满足不了市场发展需要,因此,电力公司要想得到好的市场发展,就需要将传统的管理模式转变为服务化管理模式。电力客户价值体系分析是电力公司市场化发展的需要,是电力公司提高服务质量,提升产业市场化竞争力的主要途径。本文通过电力客户价值的界定、电力客户价值体系分析和电力客户价值体系的应用,对权重模型的合理性以及科学性进行验证,从而为电力公司客户价值体系发展提供指导。
Under the planned economic situation, the power market management system can not meet the current market development needs. Only the power system reform can effectively promote the development of the power marketing market. With the accelerating pace of market economy development, the traditional power marketing management model can not meet the needs of market development. Therefore, if a power company wants a good market development, it needs to transform its traditional management mode into a service-oriented management mode. The analysis of power customer value system is the need of marketization development of power companies and the main way for power companies to improve service quality and enhance market competitiveness of power industry. Through the definition of power customer value, the analysis of power customer value system and the application of power customer value system, this paper verifies the rationality and scientificity of the weight model to provide guidance for the development of customer value system of power company.
