目的探讨苏州市男性儿童青少年发育与超重肥胖的关系,为制定儿童青少年青春期预防保健措施提供参考。方法随机分层整群抽取苏州地区15所中小学的男生5 059名,根据中国学生超重、肥胖BMI筛查标准,将调查学生分为超重、肥胖、正常3组,调查青春期男生的首次遗精年龄,测量身高、体重,调查第二性征发育等级。结果苏州市中小学男生超重检出率为10.6%(538/5 059),肥胖检出率为5.1%(257/5 059),已发生首次遗精的占19.4%(963/5 059)。超重组、肥胖组男生首次遗精年龄晚于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI值与首次遗精年龄呈正相关(r=0.229,P<0.01);11~15岁组男生BMI值与外生殖器发育程度、阴毛发育程度呈负相关(P值均<0.01)。结论苏州市男性儿童青少年青春期发育与肥胖密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between male and female adolescent development and overweight and obesity in Suzhou City, and to provide reference for adolescent adolescent prevention and health care. Methods A total of 5 059 boys from 15 primary and secondary schools in Suzhou were randomly divided into three groups. According to Chinese BMI screening criteria for overweight and obesity, the survey students were divided into three groups: overweight, obesity and normal. The first spermatorrhea of adolescent boys , Measure height, weight, investigate the development of secondary sexual characteristics level. Results The prevalence of overweight in primary and secondary school students in Suzhou was 10.6% (538/5 059), the prevalence of obesity was 5.1% (257/5 059), and the first spermatorrhea occurred in 19.4% (963/5 059). The age of first spermatorrhea of overweight and obesity group was later than normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between BMI and age of first spermatorrhea (r = 0.229, P <0.01). There was a negative correlation between BMI and male genitalia and pubic hair in 11-15 age group (P <0.01). Conclusion Adolescent development of male and female adolescents in Suzhou is closely related to obesity.
