塑性混凝土予制构件,多系使用木、铁模型,而干硬性混凝土予制构件已采用了扣斗式模型,但只适于大型工厂。缺乏机械设备的小型工地,根据我们1957年在齐齐哈尔人行道踏步块予制工程中的经验,利用玻璃模型,可使工作效率显著提高,能快速脱模,节省大量木料及劳力。在施工中,曾作各种形状及大小规格的试验,并已被兄弟工地所采用。现将初步经验介绍如下:
For the plastic concrete prefabricated members, the wood and iron models are mostly used, and the dry rigid concrete prefabricated members have adopted the bucket-type model, but they are only suitable for large factories. The lack of mechanical equipment for small-scale construction sites, based on our 1957 experience in the block-step block-preparation project on the Qiqihar sidewalk, using glass models, can significantly increase work efficiency, enable rapid mold release, and save a lot of wood and labor. During construction, it has been tested in various shapes and sizes and has been adopted by siblings. The preliminary experience is now described as follows:
