As the saying goes: “Everything starts hard”. The same is true of the second physics teaching, but it also has to go through the hard times. How to survive the difficulties? Teaching practice proves that you must pay close attention to the seven “first” in the teaching of knowledge. 1. Let’s talk about the first lesson—Preamble. The preface is an enlightenment lesson for students studying physics. The students’ mood was not calm until they were admitted to the physics class in the 2nd grade. First of all, they are happy and proud that they can learn a new science. But at the same time, they are worried that they can not learn physics because they still do not know what kind of science physics is, what is the significance of learning it, how to learn it, and so on. They entered the classroom with this kind of mood, and they were eager for the teacher to make a satisfactory review. Whether the teacher can satisfy students’ desire for urgent knowledge and arouse their interest in learning physics will have an important influence on future learning. I investigated 43 students
