The indirect offender is the concept in the criminal law of civil law system. The indirect offender is a special form of crime closely related to the theory of common crime. It usually refers to the use of others as criminal tools to realize the crime they want. There are different opinions on the types of indirect offenders. Through the explanation of concepts and the demonstration of indirect principal types of typology, the author explains the types of indirect offenders from an awareness point of view based on his own understanding.
