干扰素是有效的抗病毒糖蛋白。在动物实验中能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,其抗癌作用机制仍不了解。干扰素已试用于1例耐马法兰的IgG-骨髓瘤,有暂时效果。在体外干扰素能抑制一株骨髓瘤细胞增殖。本文报告用人白细胞部分纯化干扰素治疗4例浆细胞骨髓瘤的效果。1例为IgG-K型,2例为IgA-K型,1例为K轻链型,先前均未用过抗肿瘤治疗。每天肌肉注射人白细胞干扰素3×10~6标准单位,连续治疗3~19个月,临床上均获得改善。2例IgA-K型分别治疗了19个月和9
Interferons are potent antiviral glycoproteins. In animal experiments can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, its anti-cancer mechanism is still not understood. Interferon has been tested in 1 case of canine-resistant IgG-myeloma with a transient effect. Interferon inhibits proliferation of a myeloma cell line in vitro. This article reports the efficacy of partially purified interferon treated with human leukocytes in 4 patients with plasma cell myeloma. One was IgG-K type, two were IgA-K type and one was K-light chain type. None of them had previously been treated with anti-cancer therapy. Daily intramuscular injection of human leukocyte interferon 3 × 10 ~ 6 standard units, continuous treatment of 3 to 19 months, were clinically improved.
