为探讨猪颌下腺粗提物对溃疡性结肠炎的愈合作用及某些生化指标的改变。随机将60只雄性Wistar大鼠分为3组,每组20只,即健康对照组,造型组和实验性溃疡性结肠炎治疗组。取成年阉割猪颌下腺组织,制成粗提物,给治疗组大鼠腹腔注射,1次/d,100mg/次,共14d。一次性处死大鼠,采集血和结肠组织,测定脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)。结果:治疗组与造型组比较血和结肠组织SOD、GSHPx活力明显升高(P<0.05),LPO含量明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组结肠粘膜可见溃疡修复迹象。提示:猪颌下腺粗提物具有促进溃疡性结肠炎愈合作用,同时提高机体的抗氧化能力,减少脂质过氧化物的生成,对溃疡性结肠炎具有辅助治疗作用。
In order to investigate the healing effect of crude submandibular gland extract on ulcerative colitis and the changes of some biochemical indexes. Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups of 20 rats, namely healthy control group, modeling group and experimental ulcerative colitis treatment group. Adult castrated pig submandibular gland tissue, made of crude extract to the treatment group rats intraperitoneal injection, 1 / d, 100mg / time, a total of 14d. The rats were sacrificed at one time, blood and colon tissues were collected for determination of lipid peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px). Results: Compared with the model group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in blood and colon tissues were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the content of LPO significantly decreased (P <0.05). The treatment group colon mucosa showed signs of ulcer repair. Tip: Pig submandibular gland extract can promote the healing of ulcerative colitis, while improving the body’s antioxidant capacity, reduce the formation of lipid peroxides, adjuvant therapy for ulcerative colitis.
