目的 观察强次声波对豚鼠前庭功能的影响。 方法 将 15只豚鼠置于频率 8Hz、强度为 135 d B SPL 的次声声场中连续暴露 90 min。应用正弦摆动试验 (SPT)记录技术定量评价强次声波暴露前后豚鼠前庭功能的变化。 结果 强次声波暴露后不同时间正弦摆动诱发的豚鼠前庭性眼震的最大慢相速度 (SPV)和频率较次声暴露前有轻微降低趋势 ,但差异无显著性意义。在观测终期 ,眼震 SPV及频率与次声暴露前十分接近 ;次声暴露后各组间亦无明显差异。 结论 强次声波对豚鼠的前庭末梢感受器兴奋性可能有一过性的轻微抑制作用 ,但对豚鼠前庭功能无明显影响
Objective To observe the effect of intense infrasound on vestibular function in guinea pigs. Methods Fifteen guinea pigs were exposed continuously for 90 min in the infrasound field with frequency of 8 Hz and intensity of 135 d B SPL. Sine swing test (SPT) recording technique was used to quantitatively evaluate the changes of vestibular function in guinea pigs before and after exposure to intense infrasound. Results The maximum slow phase velocity (SPV) and frequency of guinea pig vestibular nystagmus induced by sinusoidal oscillation were slightly decreased at different times after exposure to infrasound, but the difference was not significant. At the end of observation, nystagmus SPV and frequency were very similar to those before infrasound exposure; there was no significant difference between groups after infrasound exposure. Conclusions High infrasonic wave may have a transient slight inhibitory effect on the excitability of the vestibular peripheral receptors in guinea pigs, but it has no significant effect on the guinea pig vestibular function
