目的了解广东省市售婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法 2010年-2013年根据广东省人口分布情况、地域分布特点、经济发展水平等因素选择广东省15个地市的百货公司、超市、便利店、农贸市场、学校周边小商铺以及网店,按照随机抽样的方法采集婴幼儿食品(包括婴幼配方食品、较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品、婴幼儿谷类辅助食品),并参照GB4789.40-2010对其中的阪崎肠杆菌进行连续监测。结果 2010年-2013年间共采集到婴幼儿食品1 140份,阪崎肠杆菌的总检出率为3.2%(36/1 140)。其中,婴儿配方食品的阪崎肠杆菌检出率为0.4%(1/226),较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品的检出率为0.4%(1/268)、婴幼儿谷类辅助食品的检出率为5.3%(34/646)。阪崎肠杆菌在2010年、2012年、2013年3年中均有检出,且全年4个季度的检出率相仿。采样场所中农贸市场的检出率最高,超市的检出率最低。产地本省的婴幼儿食品检出率明显比产地外省高。结论广东省婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的总体污染状况较轻,其中以婴幼儿谷类辅助食品的检出率较高。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Enterobacter sakazakii in commercial infants and young children in Guangdong Province. Methods From 2010 to 2013, we selected department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, farmer’s markets, small-scale shops around the school and online shops in 15 cities of Guangdong Province according to the population distribution, geographical distribution and economic development in Guangdong Province. Random sampling method for the collection of infant food (including infant formula, large infants and young children formula, infant cereal supplementary food), and with reference to GB4789.40-2010 of which Enterobacter sakazakii continuous monitoring. Results A total of 1 140 infants and young children were collected during 2010-2013. The total detection rate of Enterobacter sakazakii was 3.2% (36/1 140). Among them, the detection rate of Enterobacter sakazakii for infant formula was 0.4% (1/226), the detection rate of larger infant and infant formula was 0.4% (1/268), the detection of infant cereal auxiliary food The rate was 5.3% (34/646). Enterobacter sakazakii was detected in 2010, 2012 and 2013, and the detection rates in four quarters of the year were similar. Sampling sites in the farmers market the highest detection rate, the lowest detection rate in the supermarket. Origin of the province’s infant and toddler food detection rate significantly higher than the provinces and autonomous regions. Conclusion The overall contamination status of Enterobacter sakazakii in infants and young children in Guangdong Province is relatively mild. Among them, the detection rate of infant cereal supplementary foods is high.
