随着经济的飞速发展以及全球化进程加快,社会对于人才素质逐渐有了更高要求。我国高职院校更加注重核心能力的全面培养,并对高职艺术人才提出了更加标准的技术要求。同时,现代化高职艺术学生核心能力培养不仅是对大艺术教育观的践行,同时也是艺术学生德艺双馨艺术素养的孕育。本文研究分析高职艺术学生核心能力培养时,首先分析了高职艺术学生核心能力培养的重要意义,其次分析了高职艺术学生核心能力培养中存在的主要问题,最后探讨总结了高职艺术学生核心能力培养的具体对策。
With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of globalization, the society gradually has higher requirements on the quality of qualified personnel. China’s vocational colleges pay more attention to the overall training of core competencies and put forward more standard technical requirements for higher vocational art talents. At the same time, the cultivation of the core competence of the art students in modern higher vocational education is not only the practice of the concept of big art education, but also the birth of the artistic accomplishments of art students with double virtue.
