目的推广国外先进经验,使患儿确实能得到操作简单,损伤小,疗效确切的治疗。方法对我院2004～2008年收治的43例婴幼儿股骨干骨折采取全麻下闭合复位座位石膏裤固定术的效果,进行回顾性分析。结果33例患儿得到随访,所有骨折均愈合良好。结论座位石膏裤治疗婴幼儿股骨干骨折疗效满意,又能减少住院费用,护理简单,符合人性化治疗要求。 Objective To promote advanced foreign experience so that children can indeed be simple, less damage, the exact effect of treatment. Methods A total of 43 cases of infantile femoral shaft fractures treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were treated with closed reduction plaster plinth under general anesthesia for retrospective analysis. Results 33 cases of children were followed up, all the fractures healed well. Conclusions Seat gypsum pants treatment of infantile femoral shaft fracture satisfactory results, but also reduce the cost of hospitalization, care is simple, in line with the requirements of human treatment.
