饮用水中天然腐殖质是饮用水消毒副产物前驱物质。DDT、DDE、PCBs、酞酯类等具有致癌性以及内分泌干扰作用。新型自来水管材的溶出物质中双氯酚A、壬基酚等内分泌干扰作用尤其值得重视。微量多环芳烃以及主要消毒副产物三卤甲烷、卤乙酸、MX是饮用水中微量有机污染物的指示物,检出率高,并对饮用水总致突变率贡献最大。进一步制定新发现的强致癌物的饮用水限量标准以及综合评价饮用水致突变性仍是饮水安全的关键。
