前言氧化钴为钴的冶炼中间产品。对钴、锰、镍三元素分析,通常分样测定:用亚硝酸钴钠沉淀分离EDTA容量法测钴;硫酸亚铁铵容量法测锰:有机溶剂萃取分离丁二酮肟比色法测镍.不但操作繁琐,试剂多,流程长,且易带来误差,也不适应冶金过程中控制分析。过去分析钴,沉淀老化12小时以上。锰在氧化钴中,含量在0.05%~1.0%左右,一股较低,容量法不适宜。为适应氧化钴冶炼控制分析,经过试验整理氧化钴中钴、锰、镍的连续测定系统分析方法,经生产检验,已见成效。
