[目的]该研究旨在探讨烤烟叶片断裂的相关机制。[方法]建立了烤烟叶片主脉抗断性模型,并根据该模型进行抗断指数与叶片性状及纤维素含量的主成分回归分析。[结果]烤烟的生长性状和纤维素成分具有一定的相关性,叶重与抗断指数呈明显的负相关,表明烤烟的叶重越大,抗断力越差;主脉横切面积和纤维素含量与抗断指数呈明显的正相关,表明烤烟主脉越粗、纤维素含量越高,叶片的抗断能力越强。[结论]该研究为改善烤烟生产、提高烤烟质量提供理论依据和参考。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of leaf fissure in flue-cured tobacco. [Method] The main vein resistance model of flue - cured tobacco leaves was established. According to the model, the regression analysis of the principal components of the resistance index, leaf traits and cellulose content was conducted. [Result] The growth traits of flue - cured tobacco had some correlation with the composition of cellulose, and the leaf weight was negatively correlated with the resistance index. The results showed that the larger the leaf weight and the worse the resistance to break, the cross - sectional area of the main vein and fiber There was a significant positive correlation between the content of urea and anti-interrupting index, indicating that the thicker the main vein of tobacco, the higher the content of cellulose, the stronger the ability of anti-breaking of leaves. [Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis and reference for improving the flue-cured tobacco production and improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
