现代电力工业的发展一日千里,作为知识密集、技术密集、人才密集的电力科研单位在全面建设小康社会、和谐社会和现代化建设等方面负有不可推卸的责任,加强电力科研单位的教育培训工作,已成为培养高素质的电力人才,优化电力职工队伍、促进高新技术应用的基础工作。本文针对当前我国电力科研单位教育培训现状存在的不足,提出相应的对策。 As the knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive and talent-intensive electric power research institutes have the unshirkable responsibility to build a well-to-do society, a harmonious society and modernization, the education and training of the electric power scientific research units have been strengthened. Become the training of high-quality electric talent, optimize the workforce of electric power, promote the application of high-tech basic work. This article aims at the current situation of education and training in China’s electric power scientific research units, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
