患者,女性,7岁。主诉阵发性头痛,头昏3月。3月前从公共汽车上摔下,头前部受伤。当时无意识障碍及呕吐,3月之后反复出现头痛、头昏、记忆力减退,学习成绩下降,能理解对方问话,而不能用正常语言回答,每次持续5～10min后症状消失。发作间歇期如常。神经系统检查无阳性体征,颅脑CT未见异常,3次脑电图均为异常。依次为:高度异常、轻—中度异常、轻度异常,脑电图表现:各导见中高波幅8—9Hz的α节律,波幅为35～190μv;且见高波幅3—4Hz尖波、θ节律,波
