采用扫描电镜、透射电镜及X射线衍射等方法 ,对复合强韧化处理CrWMn制钉模的组织形貌及断口特征进行了观测分析 ,由此对其脆性断裂机理进行了研究 .结果表明 :脆性断裂本质上属回火脆 ,服役过程中应力诱发残余奥氏体转变为马氏体加剧了这种脆性 .研究结果为确定低合金工具钢M -B复相处理的应用范围 ,为改进复合强韧化处理工艺提供了依据
The morphology and fracture characteristics of CrWMn nails with composite toughening were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
