本文介绍了运用数据采集高精度的编码器测速装置,并阐述了测量速度的方法及其工作原理,然后说明依据PLC进行的数据处理和逻辑运算,为了满足现场监控需要,通过触摸屏实时显示出速度大小,使测量数据更有实际参考价值。通过在煤矿上的应用,本设计增强了架空乘人装置自动控制系统安全可靠性。
This paper introduces the use of high-precision data acquisition encoder speed measuring device, and describes the method of measuring speed and its working principle, and then based on PLC data processing and logic operations, in order to meet the needs of on-site monitoring, real-time display through the touch screen speed Size, the measurement data more practical reference value.
