关于绿色建筑的提法众多,国际上尚无一致的意见,但归纳起来,绿色建筑就是应用环境回馈和资源效率的集成思维去设计和建造的建筑,又可称为可持续发展建筑、生态建筑、回归大自然建筑、节能环保建筑等。人类共同的主题是可持续发展,建筑业可持续发展必须由传统的高消耗型发展模式转为高效绿色型发展模式,绿色建筑是实现这一转变的必由之路,是当今世界建筑发展的必然趋势。
There are still many unanimous opinions on the green building, but in conclusion, green building is a building designed and constructed based on integrated thinking of environmental feedback and resource efficiency. It can also be called as a sustainable building, an eco-building , Return to nature building, energy saving and environmental protection building. The common theme of mankind is sustainable development. The sustainable development of construction industry must be transformed from the traditional high-consumption development model to the high-efficiency and green development model. Green construction is the only way to realize this transformation and the inevitable trend of the architectural development in the world today.
