黄连体内含有大量异喹啉类生物碱,本文以采自湖北鄂西的黄连株体为材料,分离、提取并鉴定该类化合物的主要成分为小蘗碱,体外试验证明,黄连生物碱粗提物具有广谱的抗植物病原菌特性,为植物的预成抗菌产物。进一步研究表明,这类化合物抗菌活性的大小受环境酸碱度的调节,从而,阐明黄连白绢病菌在其致病过程中,非专化性草酸毒素的产生,间接地影响了寄主植物的抗病性,在病害发生的专化性进程中起着重要作用。
