现代教育理论告诉我们,人是教育的起点和归宿,而人是有思想、有意识、有主体性和能动性的个体。为了使学生在化学教学中得到生动活泼的发展,化学教师就应当树立“以人为本”的学生观,要明确每一个学生的主体性、独立的人格、个性和需要。这是尊重、信任、理解和关心每一位学生的基础。忽视和压抑学生个性的存在,不关心学生的具体生活境况的教师当然谈不上对学生主体性的真正尊重。因此要提高化学的教学效果,研究和了解学生的主体性是至关重要的。那么怎样才
Modern education theory tells us that people are the starting point and destination of education, while people are individuals with ideas, consciousness, subjectivity and initiative. In order to enable students to lively and vividly develop in chemistry teaching, chemistry teachers should establish a “people-oriented” view of students and clarify each student’s subjectivity, independent personality, individuality and needs. This is the basis for respecting, trusting, understanding and caring for every student. Of course, teachers who neglect and suppress the individuality of their students and who do not care about the specific living conditions of their students certainly can not talk about their true respect for the students’ subjectivity. Therefore, to improve the teaching effect of chemistry, it is of vital importance to study and understand the students’ subjectivity. So what?
