开班会让学生自揭伤疤,迟到了可以不喊报告推门而入,课堂上学生有权拒绝回答问题,老师在办公室和学生谈话必须先给学生找个椅子……这些看上去有违“传统”的做法,都是北京一个叫做“尊重教育”实验课题组的老师们的“创造”。在这个课题组里,平庸守旧不受欢迎,大胆尝试,勇敢创新能赢来掌声。虽然参加这个课题实验既没补助也无助于升职,可越来越多的老师们被吸引进“尊重教育”课题组,而且焕发出压抑不住的创造力。
Opening classes will allow students to expose their wounds. If they arrive late, they can rush to the door without reporting. The students have the right to refuse to answer questions in the classroom. The teacher must first find a chair for the students in the office to talk to the students. These seem to be in violation of the law. The “traditional” approach is the “creation” of teachers in Beijing’s Experimental Research Group called “Respect Education.” In this task group, mediocre and old-fashioned are unpopular and bold attempts, and brave innovation can win applause. Although participating in this project has neither subsidies nor promotion, more and more teachers are attracted to the “respect education” group and they are irrepressibly creative.
