保障职工基本生活权利,是企业工会组织的基本职责,也是工会组织维护企业稳定和促进社会和谐的具体工作体现。本文结合笔者的工作实践和思考,提出了企业工会组织开展职工困难帮扶的工作措施。
Ensuring the basic living rights of workers and staff is the basic responsibility of the trade unions in the enterprises and the concrete manifestation of the specific work done by trade unions in safeguarding the stability of the enterprises and promoting social harmony. In this paper, the author’s work practices and thinking, put forward the enterprise trade unions to carry out measures to help workers in difficult work.
