以喂饲含氟水的方法使大鼠发生慢性氟中毒,用荧光分光光度法辅以代谢阻断法测定了氟中毒大鼠下丘脑、中脑、脑桥—延髓及海马各脑区5—羟色胺(5—HT)的含量和更新率。所得结果为①氟中毒大鼠下丘脑的5—HT含量显著降低;②氟中毒大鼠中脑、脑桥—延髓及海马的5—HT更新率显著降低。上述结果提示慢性氟中毒可能对中枢性5—HT代谢具有广泛的抑制作用。
Fluorine-contaminated water was used to induce chronic fluorosis in rats. Fluorescence spectrophotometry and metabolic blockade were used to determine the levels of serotonin in hypothalamus, midbrain, pons, medulla oblongata and hippocampus of fluorosis rats (5-HT) content and update rate. The results were as follows: (1) The content of 5-HT in the hypothalamus of fluorosis rats was significantly reduced; (2) The 5-HT update rate in midbrain, pons, medulla oblongata and hippocampus of fluorosis rats was significantly decreased. The above results suggest that chronic fluorosis may have a broad inhibitory effect on central 5-HT metabolism.
