事业单位绩效评估指标体系的构建,是近几年我国公共管理领域重点关注的问题,关乎着整个事业单位正常运转与稳健发展。然而,在近几年事业单位绩效评估工作中,相应的指标体系建设仍存在着些许问题没有得到良好处理,严重阻碍了事业单位公共服务职能的有效发挥。基于此,本文就其绩效评估体系构建的问题进行分析,并提出相应的实施原则和优化路径,希望能够促进我国事业单位的良好运转。
The construction of institution performance evaluation index system is the key concern in the field of public administration in recent years, which is related to the normal operation and steady development of the entire institution. However, in the performance evaluation of public institutions in recent years, there are still some problems in the construction of the corresponding indicator system that have not been properly handled, which seriously hindered the effective performance of public service functions in public institutions. Based on this, this article analyzes the problems of its performance appraisal system and puts forward corresponding implementation principles and optimization ways in the hope of promoting the good operation of our institutions.
