本文通过分析电力企业培训工作现状和存在的主要问题,指出目前培训存在模式过于单一、重“教”轻“学”、互动性不够、个性化不强等不足,认为应结合现有计算机和通信技术,充分发挥多媒体教学的优势,搞好远程培训教学模式改革,解决现有电力企业培训工作日益突出的工学矛盾,以及培训模式单一、呆板等问题。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and main problems in the training of electric power enterprises, this paper points out that the current training mode is too single, heavy, poor teaching, weak interaction and poor personality. There are computer and communication technologies, give full play to the advantages of multimedia teaching, do a good job of remote training and teaching reform, to solve the existing power enterprises training work has become increasingly prominent contradiction between work and training models, a single, dull and so on.
