“家备生姜,小病不慌”。这一民间谚语得到了现代医学证明。生姜的主要成分是挥发油、姜辣素、树脂和淀粉,具有发汗解表、温胃止呕、杀菌解毒等功效。因此,除做日常调料外,生姜在夏季生活中还有不少妙用。治腹痛、吐泻:盛夏时节气温高,各种病菌繁殖活跃,稍有不慎就容易引起腹痛、吐泻等。一旦出现急性肠胃炎症状,适当吃些生姜或喝姜汤,可起到防治作用。
