目的了解第二炮兵官兵个性特征对军事作业成绩的影响,为选拔操作手提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素(16PF)对某部1204名官兵进行测试,并与其的作业成绩进行相关及回归分析。结果16PF各因素(除兴奋性外)及次级因素均与官兵的作业成绩呈显著相关(P<0.05),其中忧虑、稳定、聪慧、自律、独立、世故、紧张、乐群8个因子进入作业成绩回归方程。16PF总体结果对作业成绩影响从大到小依次为:忧虑、稳定、聪慧、自律、独立、世故、紧张、乐群。操作手16PF测试结果对作业成绩影响从大到小依次为:稳定、乐群、忧虑、聪慧、独立、世故、自律、紧张。结论某部官兵及其操作手的个性特征对其作业成绩可能有一定影响。
Objective To understand the influence of the personal characteristics of officers and soldiers of the Second Artillery Corps on the performance of military operations so as to provide the basis for selecting operators. Methods A total of 1204 officers and men of a certain department were tested with 16 personality factors (16PF) of Cartel, and their correlations were analyzed with regression analysis. Results 16PF factors (except excitability) and secondary factors were significantly related to the performance of officers and men (P <0.05), of which anxiety, stability, intelligence, self-discipline, independence, sophistication, tension, Job performance regression equation. The results of 16PF overall results on job performance from descending order were: anxiety, stability, intelligence, self-discipline, independence, sophistication, tension, music group. Operator 16PF test results on job performance in descending order were: stability, music group, anxiety, intelligence, independence, sophisticated, self-discipline, tension. Conclusion The individuality of officers and soldiers of a certain department and their operatives may have some impact on their performance.
