的 观察微波治疗在阻断金地鼠颊囊癌前病变恶化中的作用。方法 微波辐射于二甲基苯丙蒽 ( DMBA)诱导的金地鼠颊囊癌前病变模型上 ,进行肉眼观察及光镜的形态学观察。结果 微波辐射组与模型组之间在临床及形态学方面的改变均有差异 ,而两种观察方法的结果之间有高度相关性。结论 微波治疗在阻断癌前病变中具有一定的实用价值
Observed the role of microwave therapy in blocking the progression of premalignant lesions in golden hamster cheek pouches. Methods Microwave irradiation was performed on the hamster cheek pouch precancerous lesion model induced by dimethyl phenylpropanone (DMBA). Visual observation and morphological observation with light microscope were performed. Results There were differences in clinical and morphological changes between the microwave irradiation group and the model group, and the results of the two observation methods were highly correlated. Conclusion Microwave therapy has certain practical value in blocking precancerous lesions
