学科带头人是中小学教师队伍中综合素质较高者,他们能带动整个学科的建设与发展。如今,各地都在加强对学科带头人的培训,但工作中出现了认识不够、时间安排不合理、激励机制不足等问题。实践表明,学科带头人的选拔应由学校及上一级教育行政部门共同确定,学习时间要保证充足。通过学科带头人的培训,形成一支较高水平的学科带头人队伍,发挥其在教学中的示范和引领作用,提高教师队伍的整体水平,提高教育教学质量。
Subject leaders are the higher comprehensive quality teachers in primary and secondary schools, they can promote the construction and development of the entire discipline. Nowadays, all localities are training more on subject leaders. However, there are problems such as lack of understanding, unreasonable scheduling and insufficient incentive mechanism.
