建立了生物体液中新型安眠药阿吡坦的固相萃取、气相色谱-质谱检测的方法。体液样品经固相萃取后,用气质联用仪定性、定量检验。进样量在0.125~2ng范围内线性良好,相关系数优于0.9993。血中添加0.5ng/ml的回收率均为76%,检测限10ng/ml。采用测定阿吡坦标样质谱图并添加到谱库中,实现了谱图检索筛选;方法操作简便快捷,结果稳定可靠,是新鲜体液中阿吡坦检验的好方法。
A new method of solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of alpiride in biological fluids was established. Body fluid samples after solid phase extraction, qualitative and quantitative analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The injection volume was linear within the range of 0.125 ~ 2ng, the correlation coefficient was better than 0.9993. The recovery rate of blood adding 0.5ng / ml was 76%, the detection limit was 10ng / ml. Adopting the method of determining the concentration of the sample of azithromycin and adding it to the spectral library, the spectrum searching and screening are realized. The method is simple and fast in operation and the result is stable and reliable, which is a good method for the determination of the alpaca in fresh body fluid.
