在多轴数控机床轮廓误差耦合控制中,轮廓误差计算方法的准确性直接影响轮廓加工精度。针对有明确表达式的空间自由曲线,利用两矢量垂直时点乘为零的特性,采用二分法和牛顿-拉普森迭代法,准确计算轮廓误差;并设计了一种轮廓误差耦合控制方案,实现了对轮廓误差的实时补偿控制。数控仿真结果表明:轮廓误差耦合控制方法能够有效提高轮廓加工精度。
In the multi-axis CNC machine contour error coupling control, the accuracy of the contour error calculation method directly affects the contouring accuracy. Aiming at the spatial free curve with definite expression, the elliptic method and Newton-Raphson iteration method are used to calculate the contour error precisely by taking advantage of the fact that the two vector vertical points multiply to zero. And a contour error coupling control scheme is designed, Realizes the real-time compensation control to the contour error. Numerical simulation results show that the contour error coupling control method can effectively improve the contouring accuracy.
