用解析法预报变形后奥氏体相变产物的类型和形态的首要问题是对CCT曲线进行解析化处理。研究了如何利用同类钢种中已知的2条以上不同碳当量的CCT曲线,经解析化处理后,获得讨论范围内任意碳当量所对应的CCT曲线解析式的方法。为解析法准确预报和控制轧件性能提供了一个具有可操作性的方法。
The primary problem of using analytical methods to predict the type and morphology of austenite transformation products after deformation is to interpret the CCT curve. This paper studies how to use the CCT curve of two or more carbon equivalent known in the same kind of steel to obtain the analytical solution of CCT curve corresponding to any carbon equivalent in the range after the analysis. It provides a feasible method for the analytic method to accurately predict and control the performance of the rolling stock.
