应用双功能彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸肿瘤３０例，并通过血流动力学的指标及二维图像特征，进行病理分类，经手术证实２９例符合，１例误诊，诊断符合率为９６．７％。描述了睾丸肿瘤的各类病理声像图的特征及彩色多普勒血流动力学的参数指标
Thirty patients with testicular tumor were diagnosed by dual-function color Doppler sonography. The hemodynamic parameters and two-dimensional images were used for pathological classification. 29 cases were confirmed by operation and 1 case was misdiagnosed. The coincidence rate was 96.7 %.
