用静态浮选塔分选铁矿石的连续运转出现了矿泥在填料表面的吸附沉积。仅改变填料材质、捕收剂类型或入选物料性质是不能解决吸附堵塞问题的。采用弱酸性介质条件进行连续运转没有出现吸附堵塞现象。在碱性介质中,铁矿石矿浆中的Fe(OH)_3阳胶体与表面呈负电性的填料之间的电性吸引是矿泥向填料吸附的主要机理。
The continuous operation of sorting the ore with the static flotation column results in the adsorption and deposition of slime on the surface of the packing. Only changing the packing material, the type of collector or the nature of the selected material does not solve the problem of adsorption blockage. The use of weak acid medium conditions for continuous operation did not appear adsorption blockage phenomenon. In alkaline medium, the electrical attraction between the Fe (OH) 3 colloid in the iron ore pulp and the negatively charged filler is the main mechanism for the adsorption of the slime to the filler.
