我国纺织工业出口创汇连年大幅度增长,1986年达到70.8亿美元,1988年达到103亿美元,今年预计可以超过去年的水平,连续四年占全国外贸出口收汇总额的1/4以上,已发展成为我国第一大出口创汇产业,在国家外汇收入中具有举足轻重的作用.同世界上几个主要纺织品出口国家和地区相比,我国大量出口纺织品起步较晚,在竞争激烈的国际市场上,能够取得这样的好成绩,是来之不易的.这是在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,纺织工业部门、农业部门、石化和化工部门共同努力的结果,也是商业、外贸部门大力支持的结果.近两年,世界纺织品市场竞争日益激烈,国内又出现原料短缺的矛盾,原料价格已接近或达到国际市场价格水平,今后纺织工业的发展遇到了新的约束条件.今后纺织工业作为全国第一大出口创汇产业的地位还能不能维持,能不能继续为国家换取更多的外汇,这是各方面都很关注的问题.本文试图对这个问题作些探讨.

The price of raw materials has approached or reached the international market price level. In the future, the development of the textile industry has encountered new constraints. In the future, the textile industry is the largest in the country. The status of foreign exchange earning industry can not be maintained. Can we continue to exchange more foreign exchange for the country? This is Problems that are of concern to all parties. This article attempts to explore this issue.
