目的研究甜菜宁对大鼠的亚慢性毒性,求出最大无作用剂量。方法SD健康大鼠80只,随机分4组,每组20只,按照GB 15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》进行试验。结果5 000 mg/kg饲料组增重、食物利用率明显低于对照组,肺/体比、脾/体比、肝/体比高于对照组,15 000 mg/kg饲料组总摄食量、增重、食物利用率明显低于对照组,脑/体比、脾/体比、肝/体比、胸腺/体比高于对照组。病理组织学检查显示5 000、15 000 mg/kg饲料组肾、肺的病变率较高。结论甜菜宁的最大无作用剂量为雌性大鼠(133.06±13.11)mg/(kg·d),雄性大鼠(121.52±13.29)mg/(kg·d)。
Objective To study the subchronic toxicity of beet in rats and to find the maximum non-action dose. Methods Eighty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (20 in each group). The test was conducted according to GB 15670-1995 “Toxicological Test of Pesticide Registration”. Results The weight gain and food utilization rate of the 5 000 mg / kg diet group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The maximum untreated dose of beet noton is 133.06 ± 13.11 mg / (kg · d) in female rats and 121.52 ± 13.29 mg / (kg · d) in male rats.
