陕西金泰氯碱化工有限公司是由陕西省投资集团(有限)公司等四家股东共同出资组建的大型氯碱化工企业,2003年12月注册成立,注册资金3亿元人民币。为落实陕西省委省政府加快建设“陕北榆林能源化工基地”的号召,公司充分利用陕北能源化工基地丰富的岩盐、煤炭、运输等优势资源,规划建设40万吨/年聚氯乙烯项目,其中一期投资13亿元人民币.
Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale chlor-alkali chemical enterprise jointly invested by four shareholders such as Shaanxi Provincial Investment Group (Limited) Company. It was incorporated in December 2003 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. In order to implement the call of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to speed up the construction of “Yulin Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Northern Shaanxi”, the Company made full use of the abundant rock salt, coal, transportation and other advantageous resources in the energy and chemical industry base of Shaanxi to plan and construct 400,000 tons / Ethylene project, of which an investment 1.3 billion yuan.
