经济的发展一直是每个国家关注的问题中的重中之重,经济发展的好与坏直接关系到各国的实力水平以及在国际上的地位。我国作为发展中国家,经过了三十多年的持续快速发展,受自身条件和世界经济的影响,现在经济已经进入了一个由常态到“新常态”发展的调整期,这为经济转型提供了一个良好的契机。而在新常态的大背景下,中国的经济发展结构发生了一些变化,这些变化在长远战略上有重要的机遇,但也在短时间内给这些转型经济带来了新的制约因素。本文通过查阅一定的文献并结合当地经济,简单分析了新常态下影响经济转型的制约因素。
Economic development has always been the most important issue of concern to each country. The economic development is directly related to the strength of each country and its status in the world. As a developing country, after 30 years of sustained and rapid development, our economy has now entered a period of adjustment from the normal to the “new normal” through its own conditions and the world economy. Provided a good opportunity. Under the background of the new normal, some changes have taken place in China’s economic development structure. These changes have important opportunities in the long-term strategy but have also brought new constraints to these transitional economies in a short period of time. By referring to some literatures and combining with the local economy, this article simply analyzes the restrictive factors that affect economic restructuring in the new normal.
