运用运动生物力学影像解析法,对武术套路中旋风脚转体720°接马步动作踏跳阶段技术进行三维立体分析。指标为:助跑最后一步的步长,最后一步右脚的放脚角度,着地角与起蹬角,踏跳阶段髋关节转动角度及肩髋夹角。结果显示:踏跳阶段支撑腿具有“早”、“拧”的技术特点。即:“早”———起蹬早,使踝、膝、髋关节在蹬伸时所产生的蹬伸力垂直通过身体重心;“拧”———支撑腿在蹬离地面过程中,支撑脚与地面有拧转蹬地过程。
Using the method of motion biomechanics image analysis, the three-dimensional analysis of the technique of striding 720 ° swivel step in the Wushu routines was carried out.
