胜利作业二号平台固井泵机泵组原设计传动方案为 Z4 -2 80 -2 1直流电机与固井泵之间采用减速器 ,调速方式为直流电机无级调速。由于直流电机具有恒扭矩输出特性 ,使得现有直流电机输出特性与固井泵作业参数不匹配 ,无法满足平台作业要求。通过改进设计 ,保留原直流电机与固井泵 ,采用液压换档 ,可实现低速换档和远程控制 ,充分满足现场作业要求。
Victory operation on the 2nd platform cementing pump pump group original design transmission scheme for the Z4 -2 80 -2 1 between the DC motor and the cementing pump reducer, speed regulation for the DC motor stepless speed regulation. As the DC motor has a constant torque output characteristics, making the existing DC motor output characteristics and cementing pump operating parameters do not match, can not meet the platform operating requirements. By improving the design, retaining the original DC motor and cementing pump, the use of hydraulic shift, enabling low-speed shift and remote control, fully meet the requirements of field operations.
