成昆线南段隧道整体道床地段钢轨螺孔裂纹十分严重,危及行车安全。为减缓钢轨螺孔裂纹的发生,我们进行了现场动态测试,分析比较了不同轨道结构、支承状态、鱼尾螺栓扭矩等十二种试验条件下钢轨螺孔周边应力的分布及其变化。在运营隧道整体道床条件下,寻求经济有效、实施方便的减缓钢轨螺孔开裂的措施。
The south section of the Kunming-Kunming railway tunnel section of the whole railroad track crack is very serious, endangering traffic safety. In order to mitigate the occurrence of rail screw crack, we carried out on-the-spot dynamic test and analyzed and compared the distribution and changes of stress in the periphery of rail screw hole under twelve kinds of test conditions such as different track structure, bearing state and fish bolt torque. In the operation of the tunnel as a whole bed conditions, to seek cost-effective and easy to implement measures to mitigate rail screw hole cracking.
